  • Whether you’re new to Pilates & exercise or you’re already active but looking for a better solution, The Snug is the place to come to discover what private Pilates lessons can do for you.

    Using a variety of equipment including the reformer and tower to help build safe foundations in movement, strength, mobility and flexibility, the Snug Private Pilates programming method is aimed at providing sessions specific to your needs, at your own pace and in a supportive and encouraging environment so you can get the absolute most out of your Pilates practice and feel amazing.

  • Prior to starting lessons at the Snug, an initial consultation is required to chat about what you’d like to get out of Pilates, where you’re currently at in your health and fitness and for you to get a feel for The Snug and whether it’s the right fit for you.

    During this session you will also run through some Pilates fundamentals and exercises on the reformer so wear your activewear, grippy socks and bring a water bottle.

    Duration: 1 hour

    YOU MUST BOOK YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION CLASS FIRST BEFORE ATTENDING ANY OTHER CLASSES

  • After the initial consultation, new starters can take advantage of the special Private Lesson Starter Pack for only $90:

    2 × 45 min. Private Lessons

    1 x Pair Grip Socks

    Once you’re initial consultation is complete, get started with 2 lessons and complete within 2 weeks to start feeling the difference Pilates can make in your body.

    This package is non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within 2 weeks of your initial consultation.

  • For best results, consistency is key so continue with ongoing Private classes:
