  • Whether you’re new to Pilates & exercise or you’re already active but looking for a better solution, The Snug is the place to come to discover what private Pilates lessons can do for you.

    Using a mix of equipment such as the reformer, tower and mat along with various small apparatus, a private Pilates lesson can help you build safe foundations in movement, strength, mobility & flexibility as well as help you to prevent or recover from injury.

    Each lesson is carefully planned specifically for you, so you can learn & work at your own pace and therefore get the absolute most out of your Pilates practice which will leave you feeling amazing!

    1 x Initial Consultation (1hr)

    2 x Private Pilates Sessions (to be used within 2 weeks of purchase

  • Tailored one-on-one sessions designed to navigate you through your Pilates journey. Includes personalised plan that aligns with your goals.

  • All the benefits of a private session, just shared with a friend. Chase individual goals - together & at a reduced cost

    Duration: 1hr

    Cost: $100 ($50 pp)
